Overview
GIVE operates on the belief that informed, connected, and inspired leaders create lasting systemic change. By curating transformative educational experiences at the intersection of fintech and social impact, GIVE catalyzes a ripple effect — from individual insight to organizational action to measurable improvement in the lives of underserved populations globally.
The problem we address
Hundreds of millions of people worldwide remain financially excluded — lacking access to basic banking, credit, insurance, and digital payment systems. Meanwhile, the financial technology sector holds enormous potential to close this gap, yet many fintech entrepreneurs and social investors operate in silos, disconnected from the on-the-ground realities of marginalized communities and from each other. The knowledge, relationships, and collective will needed to direct fintech innovation toward the world's greatest needs are insufficiently cultivated.
Core Activities
Fintech Leaders Summits
Multi-day, intensive educational gatherings that bring together 40–50 leaders from across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Each summit includes expert-led workshops, collaborative working groups, mentorship pairings, and action-planning sessions, all designed to produce concrete commitments to serve underserved populations.
Applied Research & Public Benefit Dissemination
Systematic analysis of participant outcomes, collaborative studies with academic institutions, and development of evidence-based educational materials, all made freely available to the broader nonprofit and charitable sector.
Peer Learning Networks
Post-summit virtual sessions and structured follow-up support that sustain connections and accountability among participants, extending the educational impact well beyond the event itself.
